Job Description

  • Operate tools and machines to aid in the manufacturing process.
  • Perform periodic checks & documentation on equipment and solve problems as detected.
  • Work with others to ensure that equipment is in proper working order.
  • Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of machines.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in accordance with shop standards.
  • Observe and follow company safety rules and regulations.
  • Inform Supervisor of any issues with operation or quality.
  • Opportunity to learn to read prints, use and read precise measuring tools and operate CNC equipments.

Skills and Qualifications

  • HSD or GED.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Aptitude for math, problem-solving, computers, and mechanics.
  • Ability to work and communicate well with others.
  • Education in Machining preferred; combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Lifting 50 lbs, standing, sitting, bending working in a factory environment.
  • Forklift operation is a plus.
  • Attendance: Exemplary attendance throughout the year is required for the position.

Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
